Harpal Khanuja, M.D. and the Total Joint Replacement Team are the 2017 recipients of the Clinical Collaboration and Teamwork Award at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. With input from orthopaedic surgery, anesthesia, infection control and other departments, Dr. Khanuja and the Total Joint Replacement Team have created a patient-centric model of care that has improved quality, increased patient engagement and reduced costs.
